My name is Yvette and I’m a 30-something mom of two children. I have been trying to lose the same 15 pounds for the past 4 years. One of my main problems was motivation, but during this journey I discovered that I had medical problems with were actually hindering my weight loss. Last year I was diagnosed with anxiety and I am actively trying to keep that under control. Right now, my focus is on reducing stress, eating right and working out to be healthy. Hopefully I’ll lose some pounds while I’m at it.
I have taken courses on Nutrition and Kinesiology. So I’m not necessarily trying to learn what I need to do to be healthy, but need to find the motivation to accomplish it. 🙂
